By using Airise, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written in plain language, not legal jargon, because we believe you deserve to understand what you are agreeing to.
By accessing or using the Airise platform at airise.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, free diagnostic users, and paid subscribers.
Airise is an AI Recommendation Intelligence (ARI) platform that measures how AI systems recommend brands in response to user queries. Our services include:
The term AI Recommendation Intelligence (ARI) was coined by Airise Digital in 2026.
To access paid features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Notify us immediately at hello@airise.digital if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use Airise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The free ARI diagnostic is provided as a one-time service per brand per user. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue the free diagnostic at any time. Results from the free diagnostic are illustrative and based on a limited prompt sample. Full analysis requires a paid plan.
All content, technology, and methodology on the Airise platform is the intellectual property of Airise Digital. This includes the ARI scoring methodology, Prompt Graph technology, and AI Recommendation Index. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your brand data. By using the platform, you grant Airise a limited licence to process your brand data for the purpose of delivering the service. We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the platform and build category benchmarks.
Your individual ARI scores, competitor data, and analysis results are confidential to your account. We do not share or sell your individual analysis data. You are free to use and share your own results as you see fit.
Airise provides intelligence based on AI model outputs, which are probabilistic and may vary over time. ARI scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees of business outcomes. AI recommendation behaviour is subject to change by the model providers, and Airise cannot guarantee consistency of results over time.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airise Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@airise.digital.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. For unresolved disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Airise Digital's place of business.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
